any Instant paying PPC I know klickVIP is instant but they don't lemme sign-up the page s blank and clickwinks have many complains so i doubt if they even count clicks any other PPC? or some network that pays weekly?
What you are asking here is something that will be hard to find as the majority of the sites out there are monthly pay, offering them the chance to make sure that you are not false clicking on your own ads. How would instant payouts work anyway?? You would have a stream of payments worth stuff like $0.02....
