Can't DP integrate it's payment system with NEFT ? I am sure this will be a large step to target indian customers...
It's not possible to integrate all Indian banks to forum..and if they use payment gateway like CC Avenues then also it will be very costly and difficult

Yes I can understand that so you have one option that Indian users can't Bid if Seller if Indian, If you didn't apply this thing then for each this type of transaction /deal seller have -ve feedback and bidder have pending payment at the end.
