    Other than email and phone, is there any way to get ahold of them?

    I called today and was told to call back in 2 hours...well now nobody is answering!

    Their support realllllllllllllllllly sucks I emailed them once 2 months ago and I didn't get a response yet. Only if the question is about a payment they'll answer their AIM screenname.
