Instant Dollarz was affected by a outage at the data center The Planet in Houston this evening.

In the interest of keeping you updated, tonight at 5:45 p.m. here in Houston, a transformer in our H1 data in Houston caught fire, which required us to take down all generators as instructed by the fire department. All servers in the H1 data center are down, as is our ServerCommand customer portal, which are working to move to another data center. None of our other data centers are affected. Our management team and facilities staff are on site evaluating the situation. In our latest assessment, we have determined that networking gear has not been damaged, but we are without power so assessments continue. All disaster recovery systems are in motion, and we have teams already working in the data center.

A few of the idz servers are hosted at a houston datacenter that experienced a fire in the electrical room. So they've had to shutdown the electricity to 10s of thousands of servers. Only a minor idz-image hosting server and another server are completely down. the main servers the publisher network is on is still up and running but because the datacenter had to shutdown power to some of their own servers there are routing issues. So some people are loading up the site fast, some are loading it slowly (like me), and i guess you're the first who can't load it at all. Hopefully it will only take a day for them to fix the issues but the fire was pretty significant. They had to call in 6 fire units (ladder units). It's also fire protocol to shutdown power. In the meantime if you're afraid you are losing commissions you can temporarily replace your offer/image links with izbolt.com in place of instantdollarz.com.

No they are not a scam, I have not used them personally because I was not yet approved... But as far as I know, with their online record on forums and other affiliate members they are a really good network.
