    I think that would be the worst business tactic, ever. Everyone would be signing up and running, leaving the company with having to pay out each time.

    I have no idea why you'd even think to ask such a question.

    The only way I've heard of it is for example, they'll give you a $10 sign up bonus but you need to gather $25 to cashout. Such as a site called "Hits4Pay".

    There are PTC sites but they are not really that good.
