    Please give me some instant approve Directory site list.Directory must accept free submission and instant approval.

    Minimum PR1.

    Make submissions via conversation unless @golam kabir comes back with an alternative.
    Remember that PR is obsolete so PR1 is really just a measure of age these days.

    Search on internet, there are many websites are available for free directory submission, you can try vmoption or directory crtics website for directory submission website database.

    That's one hell of an attitude for a guy with only 2 posts! How was @sakir to know that you already knew about those sites? You never told us what you'd tried!

    What everyone knows is that instant approval directories will get you penalised
    What everyone knows is that lists get out of date really quickly

    Have you checked that these directories are ok to submit our website or they are banned or penalized.
    because submitting your blog to banned or penalized directory will have negative impact on the website

    No I dont think so that they are penalized or banned as these are well indexed websites and google counts there link. But one important thing do not create link from these sites all at once leave some gap between each link creation.

    You think :) and what if some of them came out to be banned or penalized. Anyway that was just a suggestion, that we all should verify the directory before posting to it. And your second point is valid 6-7 links from directory daily should be enough.

    Just to answer if some website is banned or penalized they do not show on search results and these websites are well index so most prob they are not banned

    to answer your question , if you know how to do research for this to find banned and penalized then you can easily find the list of banned or not directories .
