    Instant approvals or automatic approvals are probably going to have a lot of low quality links which means your site isn't going to get any traffic from the directory as it's viewers aren't even taking the links seriously. There will probably be affiliate links placed all throughout the directory.

    Forget instant approval directories. Highly saturated and full of BS spam. Better to find directories in your niche that will give you a relevant link which is better from an SEO point of view. Also, you're more likely to get quality traffic from these directories too.

    if you want to get more quality back links from directory submission but instant directory approvals are not really helpful to you get quality back links.you can try to submit your link which is more relevant to your site then that directory is good for you link submission.

    I've handpicked more then 100 directories that review your submissions within two weeks.
    I've submitted my website to more then 5,000 directories, then wait for an approval/rejection email. If i recieve it within two weeks, i add the directory to the list :)
