installing scripts

    Hey all, i'm a noob so go gentle, I down load a free script so now I would like to install it, where is the best place to ask for help?

    I think the best for me is to learn just need some one to teach me I guess, I know most people are busy so best option is to find a guide on how to install, but any assistant would be appreciated, thanks for the link I shall have a look.
