installing scripts with 1 click?

    to install a script like a script that auto updatse news articles, and i just creat a folder on my hosting server,and upload the script into the folder,and then is it installed?
    what are some examples of install scripts onto a web hosting server?

    1-Click deployment is beautiful for .NET 2005. you can publish to a location (web location) and it auto-gets updates from that location depending on the build (which is auto-set every time you build). MS is Kikin Azz lately! I believe the technology is called "ClickOnce"
