Installing & Running Apps on my Server

    Hi,

    I'm planning to get a managed dedicated server and the thing I'd like to know is, can I install and run applications on my server? E. g. could a game server be setup on it, or could i run some of my server side applications that would be running 24/7 on it?

    A dedicated server is yours to run almost anything, provided you respect the terms of service and terms of use of your dedi server provider.

    A game server is accepted by almost any host.

    Agreed - a dedicated server (or even a VPS) is yours to run as long as your follow the TOS.
    Is there anything in particular you are looking to do?
