Installing LXADMIN to Windows 2003 server

    You can't, LXAdmin is for Linux. The only way would be to Virtualize a Linux server in Windows, and then install LXAdmin in that.

    Yes. I don't think they are any additional complications with Red Hat based systems. CentOS is perfect.
