   I downloaded a game (NCAA 2009) from a website through uTorrent. I hae unzipped the folder using Winrar and know have a bunch of folders and I do not know how to get the game to play on my computer or on the PSP.

   You need to copy the files into an ISO folder inside your memory stick. Make sure the files is in ISO or CSO format.
