Installing freetype support for php

    I'm trying to install FreeType support for PHP 5.2.4 on CENTOS Enterprise 5.2
    I have installed GD but it doesn;t show FreeType supported. That is what I see under GD section of phpinfo():


    GD Support enabled
    GD Version bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
    GIF Read Support enabled
    GIF Create Support enabled
    JPG Support enabled
    PNG Support enabled
    WBMP Support enabled
    XPM Support enabled
    XBM Support enabled

    Please somebody help me get FreeType supported in there so my site can start working. Right now my site www.divxtube.in/signup is not showing the Visual CAPTCHA make that;s why please somebody help me out how I can fix this thanks alot

    If it cPanel server you can recompile PHP with Apache to enable freetype. In addition, it seems that you have already enabled it as I am able to see the Captcha.
