Installing Adsense

    just add the adsense code, to your header or footer(or both) template of your site simples.

    You don't install Adsense, its not some software. ;)
    Apply for it at google.com/adsense and then if you are approved, you can simply put codes on your site just like you post anything.

    Get your adsense code and put it in your source code where you want it to display, if you use Wordpress, you can install ad injection plugin.
