Install VMware and windows on my dedicated server! WILL PAY GOOD:)

I need someone to help me install VMware and windows on my dedicated server?

I suppose it depends on what version of VMWare you're installing, but I'd recommend you install Hyper-V instead. We have Windows servers with VMWare Server, MS Virtual Server, and Hyper-V. The performance difference between VMWare and Hyper-V is like night-and-day. OK, the VMWare servers are older because Hyper-V wasn't available at the time they were commissioned and MS Virtual Server wasn't the easiest system to work with, but those customers that we've moved from VMWare to Hyper-V have noticed the difference in responsiveness and speed. The best thing is, Hyper-V is free it isn't going to cost anything as it simply installs as a "role" - no expertise required.

if you have vmware setup files on your server and you have license key, just click setup, nothing fancy
