Buying Install Vbulletin and Plugins

    Hello DP programmers

    I need someone with medium Vbulletin experience that can:

    - install Vbulletin for me
    - import a database into VBulletin
    - install a skin
    - install and configure around 25 plugins

    Im still looking to find the right person for this job so wait your PMs guys and gals. Btw the budget for this is under $50. I received bids of $100 but I also received bids under $50 from qualified person so that's the money that Im going to pay.
