Hi Guys, I need someone to install either phpbb or SMF forums (Open to suggestion as to which), and install a few plugins, setup anti-spam, mod the forum a bit, and put up a clear design (can be based off a free template etc, so long as it is legal!). I will need you to create the initial threads & layout etc. ALSO - Let me know what else you would recommend to get the forum up and running, and gain members (organically!), and how much you would charge for this.
