Install new verion of phpBB - Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

    I am looking for some one to install PphBB on one of my sites.

    I get a verison via the cpanel fantastico
    That is not the latest veriosn.

    So, I need some one to install the new verion downloaded from phpBB
    And apply a nice looking skin.
