Install FFMPEG. Anyone For This Job?

    Hey. I had to install ffmpeg for my new video hosting site.

    I installed everything allright, but something is missing, since the uploaded files are not enconded to flv, so it means that mpencoder part is the one just not working.

    Im willing to pay for someone that can help me with this. Are u interested? tell me what is your bin. Thanks :)
