You probably won't be able to install it onto your shared hosting account, get a VPS and try installing a control panel on it.

Shared hosting providers usually don't allow customers to run there own processes / cp's on there accounts.

Ok, I was afraid because of that. I cant spend money right now (im from Bolivia)
So, I cant make work the panel and cant pay for a VPS for now.
    Thanks for the answers.

This is what I need to do: I wont sell hosting, I just need a script that can manage accounts (space, bandwitdh, etc). Its for give space to students, so they can upload websites and projects. But I dont want they eat all my bandwidth.

I just wanted te control panel, because its more proffessional look ;)
But, if you understandme maybe you can give a clue.

Right now I have other ideas to make it work, so:

is there any way to define quotas for folders via web? (not ftp)
If so, Wich free script would you recommmend me to use?
Another question: The control panel is the only way to control bandwidth and space?

    Any suggestions?

By then I will expect you to haev secured clients or a way to support yourself and e-business, whether with me or another host. Simply contact me via a PM with your MSN Messenger address and I will set you up. No strings attached.
