instaling new site in to system

    Hi I have a problem with instaling new site to the system.
    When Im trying to install site on link: http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/ad-network/setup.php?type=99

    i see error:
    Warning: file_get_contents(ad_network_raw.txt): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/.sites/28/site1/web/tools/ad-network/setup.php on line 16

    so I think source code of this file is generated not correctlly
