Inserting Video into wordpress?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to insert video into a wordpress blog I have.

Search for Adsense deluxe plugin, that should allow you to embed anything you want into you blog posts.

 

So I'm assuming instead of the absence code I would add the code to the video?

 

you mean like a youtube video?

I think you can just paste the embed code into the post.

 

If its a yourtube video just copy and paste the code they give you,

JUST make sure to have the wsiwyg editor off

when adding videos, always use the embed code, not the URL link.
