Inserting adsense in one post only - im crazy

    I'm trying to insert an adsense ad block into the first post of my blogger blog only. How do I do this?
    I want the post text to wrap around the ad block. I've inserted the ad block, but and it shows up correctly in the first post, but as you scroll down the page looking at the 2nd, 3rd posts etc, there is gapping holes where the adsense block would be if I could show more than 3 to a page. How do I get it to show up in the first post only (without limiting the posts to the front page to 1)???
    Please help it's driving me crazy!
