I have a personal blog where I post some general things related to me but I kept getting some traffic for a particular niche.

How can I monetize this according to you?Can I add adsense to only one post from time to time without changing the templates

I keep getting a error page with this plug in:
You don't have permission to access /wp-admin/admin.php on this server.

    Anyone ever used it before?

I am using it everyday and it works fine... Did you install it in a particular folder in your plugin directory? Try to drop the php file in the directory, delete the folder and activate it again. Might help.

I had this problem and solved it placing the php file in different places. If both versions didn't work (in a separate folder and in plugin root directory), then I don't know what to do :D
Yes, you could try to make the admin.php writable with CHMOD, why not..

Make sure you "activate" the plugin in the Plugin section of your dashboard.

Are you using a subdomain off of a website for your blog? Make sure the plugin is actually in the wp-content > Plugins folder if so.

Another way of making money through your blog (after you've reached the desired traffic rates, of course) is to join the ReviewMe site and start doing reviews of blogs, sites, services and products on your blog.

if you are waiting to find the money formula, you will waste a lot of time. Instead of doing that you can focus on delivering ass kicking content to your prospects and visitors. Only then you are allowed to thing about monetizing the generated traffic.
