I am building a website whereby people will need to upload 4 photos of their pet and fill out a short description and become a member of the site to do this,there will be a charge for this so need a payment system as well on my site.Someone from this site kindly told me I need PHP and mySQL for this. I haven't the foggiest as have no experience of these two and do not know what they can be used for or what they can do. I will be using Microsoft Expression web to build my site and I have nowhere read I can use php or mySQL with MS expression has anyone done this one their own site or used the above two for this purpose? Any tips anyone?
