Insert content on a site that updates, (RSS feed?) or basic web layout

    I have a gaming webpage, currently only with ads. Looking for someone to insert a RSS feed (is that what it's called?) on the right hand side of the page, create a basic layout. Looking for articles and news that would automatically update. Is this possible?

    Or if this isn't possible, looking for someone to insert an article on one side as a column, so that ads would stay on the left hand side.

    Please let me know your rate and approximate turnaround for the 1st, and if it's not possible, the 2nd.

    I have only Paypal.

    This is a quick job, inserting one newsfeed and adjusting a basic layout. (I don't know what it is called, RSS feed?) Please PM me your rate and a URL of something you have done similar.
