    Yup seen them before seopressor clickbump seo just to name a couple fancy names but same flavour.

    However it should be an automatic process when webmasters are making a posts they practice what these plug-ins do

    Use keyword in title - url -image alts etc etc
    Bold the keywords in content
    Use h1 h3 h3 tags
    make sure you keyword is in the last sentence of your content ect ect.
    make your alt tags the same as your title
    link to other content with the same keyword etc etc bla bla

    There really is no need for a plug-in to tell me I have a seo rating in this post of what ever percentage I've scored.

    By the way I just used wordpress seo and wordpress seo plug-in in Google and seo jacking never showed up in the first 5 pages of results maybe you should use my plug-in which is common sense oh and its free.

    Good luck anyway with posting your backlinks
