what is your support like, where are the servers, do you have a phone for support? Money back guarantee?

What happens when you go over the bandwidth? And what are upgrade options? I get more and more tempted - longer I CAN"T ACCESS my emails.

 

7 days is a bit short. It usually takes me longer to break something and need support

 

There is no limit to the amount of domains you can host. As for bandwidth overages, we'll work with you on that. All it will require is a simple account upgrade.
