INR 40/$ Is this real?

    Today a report was published that if Modi becomes PM of India then Indian Rupee will slide to INR 40 per $

    Is this really backed by any situations of just the Modi becoming PM and FDI increase in many sectors going to make Rupee going to INR 40 per $ ?

    It might appreciate a bit based on speculations but then market needs results too.
