    Hi All,

Yesterday, I received a featured submission to one of my directory from

I reviewed the submission and approved the listing. Now, today I recieved an email from paypal saying

"Investigation into Recent Transaction: Case PP-XXX-XXX-XXX(Respond by 06/01/2008)"

What should I do? :( Should I email paypal the listing id in my directory or refund the money or just wait for paypal to complete the inquiry?

Looking forward to hear from experienced directory owners.

    Regards,
    Inderpal Singh

Yes, I sent him a PM and also sent an email to but haven't heard anything yet.

Should I wait more or just refund the money and close the dispute from my side as paypal status is "Waiting for Seller Response"?

I have sent an PM to Kevin at GreenCulture, through DP. It is probably another security issue with Paypal and not a reflection of the business integrity of GreenCulture or your directory, in my opinion. Apparentely, this security issue tripped a red flag with Paypal to freeze the account and investigate it before. It is possible that is the cause again. I am going to wait for a response from Kevin or Paypal.

Why not make the link nofollow for the time being and await the resolution of the dispute to proceed further.

    Hi Everyone,

Looks like we are having the same problem again. I was on vacation for the last two weeks and just found out about this problem with Paypal through PMs from some of you. Once again, I am very sorry for the inconvenience that we may have caused. Currently I am working with Paypal over the phone to get rid of all the disputes.

We have people overseas working on directory submissions and that seems to trigger the Paypal Security measure. After the problems we had with Paypal last time, they assured us that this problem would no occur again, so needless to say, I was very surprised to see this thread with the same problem. I will keep everyone updated and you guys will have your funds soon. Thank you.

    Kevin

Thanks everyone for being so patient with our company. Here is the latest update:

Just got off the phone with Paypal, the dispute will be lifted in 24 to 48 hours. No charge back or refund were ever requested on our part so nothing negative should appear on your account. Once again, sincere apologies to everyone. Not a very good start to the year huh? I want to assure you all that we are a legitimate company and our link submissions to your respected directories are genuine. Our company have submitted to numerous directories before and never had once refuse payments. If you have any questions, feel free to pm me directly. Thank you for your patiences.

Paypal has released funds for me too. This is another case where Paypal's internal security measures went a bit too far. I hope no one looks harshly at Kevin for this. I have had similar issues with Paypal in the past that were of no relation to the quality or integrity of the other business involved in my transactions.
