Inquiry About Selling Adsense Site

    I had a site which ranks 80k in alexa, google PR 2, an average of 3k visits a day (Unique and returning), and earning $100 a month in adsense.


    How much is the cost if i sell this type of site??

    I'd aim for 2000-3500$. (12-36months revenue).
