    Hello,
Please tell me, How many times one inner page link should appear on the home page?
Actually, I am working on a site and it has 3 links for one inner page on Home page.
Is it good from SEO view point?
    Waiting for your reply.

No its not good. Because with every outbound link your PR is diverted. Like, if you have a PR of 6 and you have 2 out bound links of same page then you 20% of PR will be diverted to that page... as per I know. You should keep minimum outbound links atleast on home page.

Lets wait for some more opinions. ;)

In the link (on the home page) to the inner page include in the anchor text relevant keywords to the target page, you do not want to spam/stuff keywords in links on the page linking to target pages. As long as the home page gets spidered your mission will be accomplished.

    k. My take on this issue is I agree with PR dillution theory. However since all 3 links are to inner page itself hence you are not really losing the PR. My take is while calculating the PR these will be considered just one link, however anchor text of all 3 will be taken into consideration.

If you have an outbound link page where you don't care about the external pages' PR, does it make sense to put in rel="nofollow" to prevent PR leakage?
