I want to ask about why Inline CSS & Inline javascript is effective for SEO. Is it really effective???
I don't believe that using inline JavaScript or inline CSS makes any difference whatsoever for SEO purposes. It can be argued that if either is in a separate file, then an extra request must be made from the browser to the web server to get the file, but that is of no SEO significance. Google cares about the content of your page, not how it got there. As long as your pages are not bloated with unnecessary code or bloated content (such as Flash), then they will load quickly enough to please both Google and visitors.
