It depends on the girl, and the tattoo... I don't think every girl would look good with them, just like not all guys look right with a tattoo...
Well I hope they are hot! I love tatts... But I do have definite opinions on where to place them. And this is just for me, I don't care what other people do with their bodies. But I feel that tatts are appropriate for the beach, for nightclubs, for the bedroom, etc. Not appropriate for professional, or formal situations. So, I'd never get a tattoo that would show when I am dressed modestly. The one I have is on my thigh (outer, not inner ) It's high enough that it's covered when I'm wearing shorts, but it will show when I'm wearing a bathing suit...
That really depends on what part of the body and the design, too. But women has to be sure they want it 'til they get old.

Definitely a no no... I was considering a tat myself but there is no way i like them on girls. Probably from my personal experience... All girls iv met that had tats were either common, slags or punk-crazy-emo-goth-cut-themselves-fuckedup-kinda-girls.
Saw a woman today who had her hair up and in the nape of her neck she had a playboy bunny. Was probably hot when she was 19 but now she's a frumpy older woman and it's so not a good look.
I don't really care for tattoo's on women. I think in 20 years everyone will look at those on the back as being nasty. Ones on the ankle are okay if they are really small and something girly. I hate ones on the arm or anywhere else though.
I'm not a big fan of tattoos on women. Perhaps my upbringing has engrained some sexist stereotypes into my mind, but I just don't think tattoos are very feminine. A woman with tattoos is like a woman wearing men's clothing, in my mind. I'm not saying I'd never date a woman with tattoos, but I'd certainly prefer it if they were small and modest.
I quite like the armbands that are very popular - but arms are such a problem area for older women and flabby tatts are dreadful!
