My website is about Rubik's Cube type puzzles and mainly aimed at the young. When I use the Google Adsense preview tool it tells me that in several countries the ads on my site are for things like alzheimers desease and other deseases and very few are puzzles. Why on Earth is this happening? Here is my site- http://tonyfisherpuzzles.net . I am also a You tube partner and most of the ads there are totally relevant but I don't understand my website ad selection. I have just removed a load of irrelevant ones by the way but I keep getting more.
I'm seeing almost all puzzle related ads on all the pages. There are a few weird ones on this page - Alzheimers Nursing Care, Master of Science Nursing, The 2010 Honda Pilot http://tonyfisherpuzzles.net/106 Micro 2x2x3 ( Rubik type puzzle ).html I don't know what part of your description is triggering those ads, but it may be at least in part location targeted - the Alzheimers Nursing ad is a site specifically for California residents, which is where I'm surfing from. And there are two other ads on that same page that are puzzle-related, so at least from my corner of the US most of the ads are relevant. Very odd. Sorry I don't have any suggestions.
