Feedback Infractions

    hi , first i searched forum to find the possible section for this but this is the section that i think it suits my problem best
    i have got few infraction for some reasons i don't understand , and i don't complain about that , i run a forum too and i know it can be hard to manage large forums
    but sometimes it's hard to avoid complaining when some reasons don't seem correct
    for example
    1- i get infraction for posting link in a topic , in which the topic starter asked to post the links in the topic to the topic i sell my product in so he can check it before buying what he wants
    so i get infraction and the reason is , i should have sent him a pm , if posting links is wrong , so why is the original poster request to post links in topic is still there and not edited

    2- another infraction i got was for posting something in wrong category , and if the topic i made was red carefully , you would find that it was in the right place

    so my feedback is somethings should be red first before rushing with giving warnings or moving it , as it seems because the forum is too big moderators just read the titles fast and decide according to it , without checking the content

    You'll probably get an infraction for starting this thread.

    Even if the poster asked you to post in his thread, you should of just PM'd him to show your interest.

    Like eddie already said: you shouldn't take these personally. Everyone gets them from time to time. Just forget about them and let them expire.

    Sales of goods and services for five dollars or less belong in cheap stuff. Hence your thread advertising packages for 1$ belong in cheap stuff.

    yep you are right , think will just let it go , but sometimes you get annoyed because you don't understand why this happened


    didn't know that , anyway i wasn't actually complaining about the infraction , i was giving a feedback about rushing in giving them i know how is it like to run a forum and i understand we are all humans , we can be right or wrong , i never ask to change or remove the infraction , it's nothing personal , simply the feedback is about my opinion in rushing to give them based on just topic title not topic content
    but as you both said , somethings are better to let it go
