I am not questioning your authority, you run the forum and you make the rules. But, could you please tell me why I received an infraction today? For asking to explain the reason of why the post got deleted?

I hope I would not get an infraction for asking the above question.

p.s. by closing that thread you cut the last communication line between Oliver and those who are still waiting for a refund (Oliver did not respond to emails, phone calls, etc but occasionally posted in that thread).

laconic: Using or involving the use of a minimum of words; concise to the point of seeming rude or mysterious.

I did not close the thread or give you the infraction. So that would make your comment...

wrong: incorrect: not correct; not in conformity with fact or truth; "an incorrect calculation"; "the report in the paper is wrong"; "your information is wrong"; "the clock showed the wrong time"; "found themselves on the wrong road"; "based on the wrong assumptions"

Its written "Inappropriate post/thread" but the post is labelled "private" so I've no idea why I got it ...

Whats the use of the infraction if I dont know which of my post was inappropriate?

this is not even funny. Kgrad posted that Sam guy sent money to Oliver without actually having ANY proof of that. My post was NOT rude and I simply pointed to it That is ALL.

Why did you delete that post and gave me an infraction? Are you saying that I cannot any longer say what I think?

Kgrad should have been given an infraction for saying things he knows nothing about.

 

Now that you have deleted ALL those threads, I think it would be fair to reverse the infraction you gave me since my posts were relevant to what was happening and I was protecting the unsuspected readers from buying into Oliver's lies.

 

And I tried to stop it from spinning out of control. Smyrl, if you have not noticed, I am the only one who is trying to prevent Oliver from taking back his thread and scamming more people here on DP into sending him money.

I really do not have to do it but I do it because I hate those who cheat and scam. Your infractions really discourage me from posting in that thread ever. I can stop if that is what you want me to do. But expect more ppl to start posting "Oliver where is my money" if I do stop.

I think if mods and admins started deciding who does and doesn't scam, they would have to hire a whole legal team to protect their decisions.

 

That would mean they are super humans with ability to look into future like the movie "Next" and i think they will than become millionaires.

 

And some of the members of this forum would be out of business...
