Infractions on digital point forums

    I got an infraction today because of my signature but I'm not sure why. It's the same signature I've been posting with. This guy put up a thread about good free ebooks to read and I told him to go to my site in my signature and in the downloads section and grab those ebooks they're free and I got an infraction for that. Anybody know why?

    They offer no explanation at all. I've posted with the signature since I could use a signature. Then outta nowhere an infraction.

    I did a fast look at the rules and think i found your answer but without coffee in me, i'm just clueless today.

    I'm not a moderator on this forum but it sounds like you was clearly promoting your signature. Sending a PM would of been the best course of action.

    posted with signature means? did you added a pseudo signature in posts? Have you changed your signature since when you get the infraction?

    No it's the same exact signature. I've changed nothing at all. It's the same signature linking to the same site. Weird..
