Seeing Threads with "PM ME FOR MORE INFO" & "Reply to this thread if interested" is quite annoying.

A lot of people don't understand or don't know what is "infraction"
It will be help a lot if you add example to FAQ/Rules page

Are you pretending to be stupid or is it something that just comes natural to you?

Are you pretending to be an a$$wipe or does that come naturally to you?

To answer the OP, no. The rules are sitewide (not specific to sub-sections of the forum). Some sub-sections have stickies as they are infractions specific to the marketplace for example, but if you post a thread trying to sell something outside of the marketplace you will get an infraction for posting in the wrong section (no matter what you are selling/wanting to buy).

There are forums that have not sticky threads, even though there are rules posted inside this feedback forum that apply to all other categories and subcategories across DP.

As Trusted Writer said, you need to read the general stickies in this area that apply to the whole forum, and then any specific stickies or announcements that apply to forum areas (such as the marketplace).
