Infraction removal help needed

i got a infraction for posting an thread in the wrong catergory 1 point it says , now ok stupid of me for not reading properly in the first place so i go to this post to see if i can edit or delete the thread then problem is solved right no more post to have a infraction but for some reason i can no longer edit or remove this post from the forum,so althought it has got a infraction it still stays in the same place, here is just an idea , maybe start a forum about removal of these infractions and or at least let the users delete thier mistakes by allowing them to edit of delete the offending posts thankyou for reading my post : hope its in the right place

 

Infractions won't be removed. If you posted in the wrong place, the infraction was legitimate. And the moderator already moved your thread to the proper category.

In the future, if you need something done with a thread (having it moved for example), use the bad post report.

You have an 8 hour window to edit your own posts.
