Infraction: Is this why I should stop designing??

    Today I got an email from DP saying that I violated the TOS by tring to sell a Template Monster template. I don't know why in the world did the moderator believed that it was a template monster template, no offense, while I clearly stated that the template was designed entirely by me and has never been used by anyone, nor has it even seen by anyone! I designed the template, I put in all the hard work, I did the coding and now that I'm trying to sell it for some money, I get an infraction because somebody "thought" that it came from TM.
    I'm not sure if i'm even allowed as well as granted the freedom to talk about something like that here. My thread was closed without even a notice, I didn't even get the chance to defend myself. I'm fraustated, I truly am.
