I got an infraction from bumping my topic when the other user who posted before me deleted their post. Do you believe this is fair? I don't. :|

"PM sent to you also, Kassi." is seen to be a pump regardless of what post is above yours.

I haven't gotten an infraction yet - nor do I plan to - but is there a procedure in place to challenge an infraction for legitimacy and if so, where is it at exactly?

As in a written set of steps the user can take if they feel they got an infraction in err, and a way to challenge it while letting the other moderators see exactly what is being said so no one moderator could "cover it up."

people only need to say "send me a pm with details" they will get the pm, no need to bump the thread by posting "pm sent"
once the 2 people are in the thread, they can leave itrader. posting about sending a pm is nothing but bumping in my eyes, posting to say "pm's sent to all above" would serve as a way of keeping track of who you are in contact with, so is a little more acceptable.

The infraction was fair and is not going to be reversed.

    Thread closed. :p
