The simplest thing to do would be to go back in time and just not do whatever you got an infraction for.

The best advice would just be to learn from whatever gave you an infraction and don't do it again... that's the whole point of infractions, so you learn what's allowed/not allowed.

If you get advice from the forum owner I think you should treat it as usefull.
Simply read the rules of this forum and try to follow them.

Since you only have 22 posts so far it shouldn't be so hard to backtrack and see
which post got you an infraction.

Ok Shawn, thanks for taking time to read my thread. I guess you have full access to my post and threads and all my things.
This is the penalization you sent me : "Quit spamming members asking them to sell your domains."
I sent 3 private message to people on the sales area to teach my what i need to do to sell on that area.
Im ask for this to 3 sellers to help me to be able to post on the sell forums. I guess is the more natural thing to do, when to forum does not allowed you to post threads on the buy and sell section. Get advice from the people that already are there.

Before you penalize me i creat a new thread here:

    http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2341243#post17044691

Someone reply to the thread with a reasonable reply.

Please remove the penalization today, Chech the private message i sent to the other memebers, they where only 3 and i didint ask them to sell my domains , just help on how to post a thread! Cos digital point dont allowed me.

Just check before penalize me, i don’t deserve it.

Please check the private message! i can re send it to you if you want it.

Your logic is flawed... you believe an infraction should be removed because you were spamming people asking them to do something that we intentionally didn't allow you to do? The system not allowing you to sell a domain is intentional, it wasn't an accident or bug.

I was not asking them to sell my domains. I dont want them or any other one to sell my domains. I Want to sell the domains my self on your forum. What is wrong with that? I didnt new about this http://forums.digitalpoint.com/faq.php?faq=rules#faq_posting_guidelines. I get that info from the thread i told you on the last post. So you penalize me for asking advice? I can ask for help to other members? Please check the private message i sent. I now you have a business to run too , so i dont want to make you lost valuable time with this misunderstanding. l´pease help me to fix the issue by reading the private messages. Is the prove that i was not asking for someone to sell the domains.

You must have received an email with the details for being infracted, use it to make sure you don't repeat the mistake.

Infractions are how mods remind you to read and follow the guidelines. It takes 10 infraction points to get banned, and they have expiration dates, so for them to have any affect on your ability to post one has to flagrantly ignore the warnings.

Before gaining the ability to post we all clicked a button agreeing that we've read and will follow the guidelines. Griping about one infraction is a waste of time for the poster and the staff that deals with it. That is why doing it is also an infractable action.

If members want others to follow guidelines, which benefits all, they won't divert mods to deal with threads whining about them. Just grow a pair and move forward. Insisting on removal of infractions just says someone isn't yet mature enough to participate.
