    Greetings, D.P

I get an infraction for a post which was submitted days ago...

I dont get told what exactly was wrong with the thread... But i get sent a LIST of what could be wrong.

Whats so hard in telling us why EXACTLY you deleted the thread?

Probably wrong section inappropriate. They have their reasons and they more than likely don't need to give you a full explanation. Also they give you a list because they figure you can figure out what you did wrong by reading it. Don't make a huge deal of it and the warning will expire.

If you enable Receive Infraction Notifications under "Edit Options", you will receive an email mentioning the reason why you received the infraction.

I was about to open a thread, but since this one is open, i'd like to kindly ask a mod a few questions:

I got an infraction, not complaining about it because i know how it works, the mods are mods because they know their stuff and won't give an infraction without a reason.
Now, i guess it should happen often, but i can't see why have been banned:

-is there a way to know why? (i mean, a message, email or something). My head is pretty beaten up so after reading the "warning" threads i still can't figure out why i got an infraction.

i tried to search the threads i've been lately to see if my post was there (i rarely post more than once in the same thread), and all of them had my posts wich led me to another question:

-when you post in a thread you're automatically suscribed to it, if you erase my post, do i lose my subscription to it?

This is just to avoid further warnings, i always try to keep it clean, so if i did something wrong thinking that it wasn't, i might do it again, unless i know it.

    thanks in advance!

Well, let me take a look.

Yours was posted in the wrong category. It doesn't tell me where you originally posted it, but it does show that it was moved to the Domains for Sale forum from some other place.

Your post was deleted after you received the infraction. You posted

    in this thread. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1305898

"PM me" posts are never allowed. See: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=380173

Even though your post was deleted, you would remain subscribed to it, but since the thread has been closed, there won't be any new replies for you to see.
