    Hi,

    It depends on what your website is about! I mean if your website tells people DIY (Do it yourself) like spray painting a table or how to fix an old chair and something like that its a very good idea to take advantage of Pinterest.com.

    I'm telling you this because getting traffic from Google needs you to get ranked in of the first THREE results and thats needs time and getting harder by time.

    Anyways getting traffic from Google is a big term. Just do what john14 has told you, search Google and "how to get ranked number one on Google in a week" and I wish you the best.
