    On eBay all products are listed as per category, so to sale your product on eBay try to find out the category of your product.

    Regarding the payment you need to create paypal account through which you can accept payment from customer and also refund amount to customer. Also you need to use different selling technique like free shipping , discount coupons, feedback system, affiliate program, facebook to promote your products etc....
