InfoNick.com vs Nick.com - Any reason or possibility of copyright infringement?

    Hi,

I have just bought a new domain which is:

    www.InfoNick.com

I am willing to build an article directory type website on it. But more like a community website.

There is an already existing site on the net which is:

    www.nick.com

The above is an official website of a kids TV channel "Nickelodeon" featuring games, kids shows, etc. The channel name is not Nick but their website is Nick.com.

So, I wanna know if there is any possibility that Nick.com can put a copyright/trademark infringement claim on my website which will be on the domain InfoNick.com??

Can anyone guide me about it. I really need your help. I don't want to bear all this in the future.

    Thanks a lot for help!

Nothing to do with copyright, but trademark infringement. Any trademark holder can bring suit for an infringement claim, but you would likely be ok as long as your usage had nothing to do with their type of usage i.e. games, kid shows, etc.

And they haven't registered a class which you intend to operate in.
