Infolinks With Manual Traffic Exchanges?

Does anyone have any experience with using Infolinks on sites that get traffic from manual traffic exchanges? When I read through their terms (admittedly not very carefully), I didn't find an explicit prohibition for this. I'm also interested to know if this is allowed by other similar ad services (Kontera, etc.)

I imagine that they dislike any method that artificially inflates a site's traffic, thereby costing them more money. That's usually how these companies work.

But since Infolinks pays cpc rather than cpm, the traffic that they pay for isn't artificial.

If you are driving more traffic to your site there is more chance some of it will click your ads.
