You apply for publisher account then thats it. Login to your account and study how to implement their codes.

Why you still want them to contact?

you dont just put the code into anywhere at random.

In your site, you should have areas specifically for advertisements. You place the ad code in these spots.

5 days without support, maybe try something else.

In my opinion, Infolinks have great support team. However, each people has their own experience. TO help the others helping you solve the problem, you should consider telling us about:
    1. The URL of your domain. You can tell us your domain in this thread or by PM. If you decide to send us by PM, wait until they ask it. Don't send PM to me as I may not be able to help you. Sending PM to infolinks support team in DP is good idea. Just make sure to use proper words and explain everything correctly.
    2. The status of your domain. Is it approved, Waiting for Approval, or denied access.
Continue to next step if your answer is 'approved'. Otherwise, try to make your domain being approved first.
    3. When did you insert the code in your site?
    4. Where is the placement of the code? In your header, Post, Widget/gadget, Footer (Only for infolinks script). Where did you place related tag script? In Body/post, Header, Footer (only if you use manual related tag).
    5. Is the ads shown up?
    6. How much visitors and PageView of your site? Don't use Alexa or any other stats. Look at infolinks's stats for impression (pageview) and any reliable stats/quantcast,etc for unique visitors.
    7. Have you sent the ticket to infolinks support? (only if you think there is problem with script implementation, ads placement or other technical errors). When did you sent it?
Infolinks, just like other trusted network always think their publisher as valuable assets.
For others, I think OP already applied to infolinks and waiting for their confirmation whether to approve it or not. I hope my guess was correct.
I have few sites in Infolinks and whenever I add new sites, it take no more than few hours. The longest times maybe less than 24 hours. It depend on the sites and volumes of applications sent to them.
Please understand I'm writing in this thread because I think OP should give more info in order for the other to help him/her. I wish there is sticky in 'infolinks' main thread to help other explain the problem and get answer faster.
    Arick.

Have you activated your inText, inFrame, inSearch or inTag?

If you don't anything and you have added the javascript to your site, than it must be because you have not activated anything yet.

Hi Foysal, this is Pamela from Infolinks. Please check your Spam folder to make sure our mail didn't get stuck there. You should have received an email either way letting you know if you were approved or not. Our Support Team answers all emails within 48 hours so check for that as well. Please give our algorithm some time to go over your site and the statistics will appear. They appear the day after, not on the same day. Visit our FAQs for more questions. Good luck!
