My InfoLinks payment of January 2012 was issued on 4th March 2012 according to my Payment History page in my InfoLinks account. But I haven't received that payment as yet. (16-March-2012) I have chosen Wire Transfer as my preferred payment method. It’s now 16th March 2012 and I haven’t received their payment as yet. I have sent a couple emails to support (at) infolinks (dot) com but haven’t been replied to yet. I'm actually worried about them as this is gonna be their first payment to me. What should I do now?
3-18-2012 Pamela from InfoLinks contacted me here on DP via PM and assured that she would look into the matter personally. She asked for my InfoLinks publisher ID and I gave it to her.
I have already sent them half a dozen emails about it. Initially, they replied to my inquiries but now I haven't heard from them since March 13, 2012. Hope they will look into the matter and fix the issue that is delaying the payment. Thank you for your input.
3-19-2012 I was contacted by InfoLinks but the problem is still unresolved. They are working on it though.
3-20-2012 InfoLinks let me know they were awaiting a reply from their accounting department about the payment status. I'm looking forward to hearing from them soon.
I have also not receive the last two months payments, is this company is going to die......? I hope not.
The company is not going to die, everyone has problems. I am glad the problem will be fixed, and look at the advantage of being part of infolinks. Congratz.
I don't think so. The problem is identified. It was my mistake that I didn't provide a branch code. They are going to reissue the payment soon.
The payment not yet received. It's REALLY annoying. They should have reissued the payment asap after the issue was diagnosed. Still awaiting their reply.
I couldn't agree more. Everyone has problems. It is the responsibility of the support to communicate with the affected publishers until the problem is fully resolved. InfoLinks proves to be good at providing excellent support so far, but, in my case they are still unable to resolve the problem; reissue the payment ASAP. This is more important for the publishers at the end of the day than being verbally reassured again and again.
